Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lendstra LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, forms, marketplace, communications, and related services.
Financing inquiries and Lendstra’s role
Lendstra LLC is a financing intermediary, not a lender or bank, and does not make credit decisions. We use your initial answers to understand your financing request, assess program fit, and arrange follow-up. An inquiry or booked call is not approval, preapproval, or a guaranteed financing offer.
Business-purpose financing is provided by independent third parties, subject to eligibility, underwriting, documentation, and approval. The initial Lendstra fit check does not affect your credit score. A provider may request a credit review later after providing applicable disclosures and obtaining your authorization.
Lendstra may receive provider compensation or charge a separately disclosed advisory fee. We do not represent every provider or compare every financing option. Lendstra is a private company, not the SBA or a government agency. Booking a call does not by itself constitute consent to promotional texts.
See our Financing Disclosures for further information. The sections below explain data use, sharing, and your privacy choices.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, information generated when you use our website, and information received from service providers or third-party lending partners as permitted by law.
Personal information may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, business contact information, and other identifiers.
Business information may include business name, business address, industry, ownership information, time in business, revenue, requested loan amount, intended use of funds, tax identification information, and other information related to your business or loan inquiry.
Financial or application-related information may include information about credit profile range, revenue, bank statements, loan request details, financing preferences, and documentation you choose to provide in connection with your loan inquiry. When a provider application requests it, information may also include date of birth, Social Security number, driver's-license information, ownership details, tax records, and bank records. The notice shown on that form identifies the receiving provider.
Technical and usage information may include IP address, browser type, device data, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, interactions with our website, cookies, analytics data, and similar information.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide, operate, and improve our website and services; receive and process loan inquiries; communicate with you about your inquiry; provide customer support; request or verify documents; connect you with third-party lending partners or financing providers with your consent; maintain security; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; enforce our terms; and maintain business records.
3. SMS/Text Messaging and Consent
If you provide your phone number and expressly consent by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website form, Lendstra LLC may send you recurring service-related SMS text messages about your loan inquiry.
These SMS messages may include loan inquiry confirmations, application updates, status notifications, appointment reminders, document requests, customer support responses, and related follow-up communications about your loan inquiry.
Lendstra LLC does not use this SMS program to send marketing messages, promotional offers, coupons, discounts, sweepstakes, or unrelated advertising.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchase, loan approval, or use of our services.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from Lendstra LLC. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may request help at any time by replying HELP or by contacting support@lendstra.com.
4. SMS Data Protection
We do not provide mobile information or SMS opt-in records to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Communications vendors may process this information only to provide the messaging service, maintain consent records, or comply with law.
SMS opt-in is specific to Lendstra and is not a blanket consent to marketing by a financing provider. A financing provider must rely on its own lawful permission before sending marketing texts.
SMS opt-in data includes your phone number, consent status, consent timestamp, opt-in method, the consent language shown to you, and related records used to document your SMS consent.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information as necessary to provide requested services and operate our business. For example, we may share an inquiry with third-party lending partners or financing providers when you request a connection and acknowledge the disclosure at the form; with service providers that support website hosting, form processing, customer relationship management, analytics, security, communications, compliance, and business operations; with professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers; with government authorities, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or legal process; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. When enabled by your privacy choice, some analytics, advertising, campaign-measurement, or visitor-identification technologies may disclose identifiers and internet activity to their providers. Some state laws may define those disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. We do not provide SMS opt-in data or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Lending Partners and Third-Party Websites
If you choose to proceed with a third-party lending partner or financing provider, that third party may collect, use, and disclose your information according to its own privacy policy and legal obligations. Lendstra LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, lenders, or financing providers. You should review their policies before providing information to them.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use necessary browser storage for security, form operation, navigation, and remembering privacy choices. Necessary technologies do not require an advertising or analytics choice.
If you opt in, analytics technologies may measure pages, clicks, scrolling, form interaction, approximate location or IP-derived information, sessions, and technical performance. Depending on configuration, providers may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and first-party analytics services.
If you opt in, advertising technologies may measure campaign performance, retain advertising click identifiers, or identify business visitors. Depending on configuration, providers may include Google Tag Manager, Meta, RB2B, and GoHighLevel. These tools are disabled by default until you choose advertising.
The banner presents equally available choices to accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or manage analytics and advertising separately. You can change your choice at any time. Rejecting non-essential technologies does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include encryption, secure storage, access controls, monitoring, and vendor controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support legitimate business purposes. SMS consent records may be retained as necessary to document consent, honor opt-out requests, and comply with messaging, carrier, and legal requirements.
10. Your Choices
You may choose not to provide certain information, but doing so may limit your ability to use parts of our services. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You may request SMS help by replying HELP. You may opt out of certain email communications by using available unsubscribe instructions or contacting us. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your personal information, subject to applicable law and identity verification. You may also use the privacy-choices control to reject non-essential tracking.
11. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, used, disclosed, or shared; the right to request deletion; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of certain sharing or sales; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
Lendstra does not sell personal information for money. You may use to disable advertising technologies. To submit another privacy request, contact privacy@lendstra.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
12. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. Browser Privacy Signals
When the browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, this site treats it as an opt-out of advertising tracking for that browser. The site also suppresses first-party interaction tracking when a standard Do Not Track signal is enabled. Browser settings may additionally block storage or scripts.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
